You were evaluated in the emergency department today for an mild shortness of breath. Your workup reveals that you most likely have mild worsening of your heart failure. ** Please increase your lasix to twice daily and follow-up with your primary care doctor. Please follow up with your primary care physician within two days. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this of local clinics or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance. Return to the Emergency Department if you experience worsening shortness of breath, chest pain, palpitations, headache, lightheadedness, nausea/vomiting, or any other concerning symptoms.
