You have been evaluated in the emergency department today for your dental pain. Your pain has been controlled with [XXX]. Your physical exam suggests no acute abnormalities which require further intervention at this time. [XXX] You were prescribed antibiotics, please take as directed. Please follow up with your dentist tomorrow. Call to schedule an appointment with a dentistry clinic. Return to the Emergency Department if you experience worsening or uncontrolled pain, fevers 100.4 degrees F or greater, headache, neck pain, vomiting, tongue swelling, throat swelling, or any other concerning symptoms.
