You were evaluated in the emergency department for leg swelling. Your physical exam and [XXX] reveal [XXX]. Please rest and keep your leg elevated. Please follow up with your primary care physician within two days. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this of local clinics or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance. Return to the Emergency Department if you experience shortness of breath, chest pain, palpitations, nausea/vomiting or any other concerning symptoms.
