Your evaluation, including labs and imaging [XXX], suggests that your symptoms are not due to any emergent etiology at this time. Please follow up with your primary care physician within three days. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this of local clinics or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance. Return to the Emergency Department if you experience worsening or uncontrolled pain, difficulty walking or moving your arms or legs, slurred speech, difficulty with normal activities, abnormal behavior, vision changes, or for any other concerning symptoms.
