Discharge //

You have been evaluated in the emergency department today for your psychiatric complaint. You were evaluated by both Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry staff and have been cleared to go home. Please follow up with your psychiatrist within 2-3 days. Please use the resources given to you in the Emergency Department. Return to the Emergency Department immediately if you experience thoughts of hurting yourself or others, audio or visual hallucinations, or for any other concerning symptoms.
