Physical Exam //

Constitutional: Negative for chills and fever. Musculoskeletal: Positive for joint pain. Negative for back pain, myalgias and neck pain. Skin: No rash, no wound Endo/Heme/Allergies: Does not bruise/bleed easily. Neurological: Negative for dizziness, tingling, sensory change, focal weakness, loss of consciousness and headaches. All other systems reviewed and are negative.
