PROCEDURE NOTE: DENTAL BLOCK Indication: dental pain Operator: Alexandra Dyer, MD Verbal consent obtained from patient. A 22g needle was used to inject bupivacaine into the region of the ___inferior alveolar nerve (apical portion of the affected tooth). Patient tolerated the procedure well.
