You have been evaluated in the emergency department today for anemia. XXX You did not require a transfusion today. Please follow up with your primary care physician in 2-3 days. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this of local clinics or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance. Return to the ER immediately if you experience worsening bleeding, lightheadedness, chest pain, worsening or uncontrolled pain, difficulty breathing, or for any other concerning symptoms.
