You were evaluated in the emergency department today for a medication refill. It is very important that you establish primary care with a physician if you have not already done so to gain an optimal regimen for your medical conditions. Please follow up with your primary care physician within two days. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this of local clinics or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance. Return to the Emergency Department if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, numbness/tingling, or any other concerning symptoms.
