You have been evaluated in the emergency department today for a seizure. Your evaluation, including labs were unremarkable. Please continue with your prescribed anti-seizure medications and follow-up with a neurologist if your seizures are not well-controlled. Please follow up with your primary care physician within two days. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this of local clinics or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance. Return to the Emergency Department if you experience recurrent seizures, difficulty walking or moving your arms or legs, slurred speech, difficulty with normal activities, abnormal behavior, vision changes, or for any other concerning symptoms.
