You were examined in the emergency department today for testicular pain. The ultrasound of your testicles did not show torsion or any other emergent abnormalities. [XXX] You were diagnosed with a urinary tract infection, please take the prescribed antibiotics. Please follow up with your primary care physician within two days. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this of local clinics or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance. Follow up with your primary doctor to make an appointment with a urologist. Return to the Emergency Department immediately if you experience worsening testicular pain, penile pain, redness or discharge from your penis, fevers or any other concerning symptoms.
