You were evaluated in the emergency department today for vaginal bleeding during pregnancy. Your ultrasound revealed a live intrauterine pregnancy. [XXX] You need to follow-up with your OB doctor in 48 hours to have a repeat B HCG drawn. Please follow up with your OB/GYN within two days. If you do not have an OB/GYN doctor, please arrange to see a specialist with your primary doctor. Return to the Emergency Department if you experience severe abdominal pain, worsening vaginal bleeding, dizziness, fevers, recurrent vomiting, or any other concerning symptoms.
