Presents with burning, sharp epigastric pain after eating for XXX. The patient endorses nausea, no emesis XXX. The pain is non-radiating. The patient denies fevers, chills, diarrhea, constipation, melena, hematochezia, dysuria, hematuria, chest pain, dyspnea. The patient denies any history of gallstones. The patient has not tried anything for the symptoms. No right lower quadrant tenderness, no suprapubic tenderness. XXX The patient denies any vaginal or pelvic complaints. Denies any history of STIs or unprotected sexual intercourse.
