History and Physical //

Patient presents with sore throat for XXX days, fevers, chills. Denies congestion, cough, ear pain, watery eyes. No difficulty swallowing fluids, or solids. Not unilateral. No drooling. Pain is sharp, worse with swallowing, bilateral. No nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspnea, chest pain, urinary or bowel changes. Full term birth, otherwise healthy, all vaccines up to date.
