History and Physical //

Patient presents with sore throat for XXX days, fevers, chills. Also endorses congestion, cough. No difficulty swallowing fluids, or solids. Not unilateral. No drooling. Pain is sharp, worse with swallowing, bilateral. No nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspnea, chest pain, urinary or bowel changes. Full term birth, otherwise healthy, all vaccines up to date. Multiple sick contacts.
