MDM //
Patient has palpitations. EKG normal sinus rhythm with normal intervals. No prolonged QT to suggest prolonged QT syndrome. No 3rd AV block. No short PR interval or delta waves to suggest Wolf Parkinson White. No history of CHF of myocarditis or metabolic issues/hyperkalemia or digoxin toxicity to increase risk. No signs of ventricular arrhthymias such as torsades or ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia. Not suggestive of SVT. No signs of atrial fibrillation, rhythm is regular with visible P waves.
