FDS and FDP grossly intact per routine. Extensor mechanisms grossly intact per routine. Able to oppose thumb to pinky. No overt evidence of malrotation. Median recurrent nerve intact to fine touch per routine. Left hand: FPL intact per routine. FDS and FDP grossly intact per routine. Extensor mechanisms grossly intact per routine.
