Progress Notes //

At this time the patient does not appear to have any emergent medical issues that require treatment. No fever to suggest infection. No chest pain to suggest acute coronary syndrome. No signs of encephalopathy. Tone is normal, temperature is normal, no signs of serotonin syndrome or neuroleptic malignant syndrome. The history does not suggest an acute overdose of tylenol or aspirin or other life threatening medications. Psychiatry has been consulted for further recommendations to evaluate for grave disability, danger to self, or danger to others.
